The programme is a great hands-on learning experience, and the crew are very supportive. I applied for this apprenticeship for a change in career and because I had an interest in going to sea. Having heard great things from friends and family about working for the company, I decided to give it a go! I’d recommend it to anyone – it gives you a good work-life balance and comes with many benefits.
