Our Annual Plans show how we are making steady, measurable progress – improving reliability, enhancing accessibility, and investing in smarter, more integrated systems for customers and communities. They outline the practical steps we will take year by year to strengthen the service people rely on.
The first Annual Plan for CHFS3, which covers the period Opens in new windowOctober 2025 – March 2026 to align with financial years, was published in early October. We will also make performance reports available so customers and stakeholders can see how we are progressing against these plans, and where improvements are being achieved. This is part of our commitment to openness and transparency, and it ensures that communities can hold us to account.
Our Annual Plans are underpinned by a series of Delivery Plans, which detail what we’re doing at an operational level to provide services which meet the needs of customers.
